This file is the official
reporting template for 2007-2008. I got it from Dr. Dale
Cudjoe who is acting National Correspondence Secretary.
The official
reporting template for 2007-2008
I am sending the file to District
Presidents, other officials and members of the SW Diocese in
an effort to get it distributed to all SW Diocese churches.
If you are not responsible for completing the report please
get it to the person at your church who is. Spread it around
so that we will all be on one accord as we complete the
report this year.
The first interim report is due December
15, 2007 and should cover June 1
– November 30,
